The Board believes it necessary to update our current bylaws. These were last modified in 2019 and that was only a minor change. These bylaws will be voted on at the Welcome Back Coffee/General Meeting on April 5, 2022.
Please read them carefully. In bold and strike throughs are the recommended changes. Below each modification is an explanation why it is being proposed.
We ask if possible that you print them, answer with a yes or no, then bring them to the Welcome Back Coffee. Blank ones will be available at the door on April 5th. A quorum is necessary to pass any bylaw/amendment.
Per current bylaws, only ballots physically submitted at the general meeting can be accepted. Please do not mail completed ballots.
