Introducing the Nominees for the 2027 Niner Executive Board. They are:

President – Joann Caravalho,

2026 President seeking a second term

Vice President – Mary Hammond

Born in Helena, Montana, during high school moved to the Portland area and graduated from Beaverton High, Went to Oregon State University and graduated from Portland State in Finance Law..  Worked for several large and small businesses managing Finance, HR and Admin areas of the companies.  Joined the 9ers five years ago to play golf and meet new friends.

Co-Treasurer’s – Patty McKay and Judy Cutright

Judy – My career started after graduating from high school and business college. I worked at a bank in their insurance department, then worked for an insurance company where I became the office manager. I handled agency payments, insurance premiums, bank deposits, reconciliation of statements among other things.After taking time off to raise my children, I became the office manager for my husband’s companies where I did the same things as above.When we moved back to Oregon, I worked for a private label food company where I did a lot of the same jobs.  20 yrs. ago I retired. We  moved to Charbonneau in 2023 and I joined the Niners.

Patty – Moved to Oregon from Arizona summer 2025 to be close to her family.  She found Charbonneau and the Niners so joined right away. Patricia was a travel consultant for nearly 30 years and still enjoys escorting groups and cruising… Hence she has been all over the world.

Secretary – Jamie Jeffrey

Hi I’m Jamie. I’m a Niners “Rookie” since March this year. I decided to join to get back to playing golf and meet new people. I retired from the City of Portland Transportation Bureau a couple years ago where I worked for over 33 years as a traffic engineer (designing roadways). I’m looking forward to continued fun and learning more about the Niners!!
