Please read the attached proposed bylaw amendments ballot.
We ask, if possible, that you print them, answer with a yes or no, then bring them to the Welcome Back Coffee. Blank ones will be available at the door on April 5th. A quorum is necessary to pass any bylaw/amendment.
Per current bylaws, ballots can only be accepted at the general meeting. For your ballot to count, you will need to attend Welcome Back Coffee/General Meeting and physically submit your completed ballot. The Welcome Back Coffee is complimentry to all Niners.
In bold and strike throughs are the recommended changes. Below each modification is an explanation why it is being proposed.
