On June 29th Bonnie Bohm, the Niner Rules Committee Chair, gave a presentation on guidelines and rules that have come into question during this season. Attached is a complete recap of what was presented. Niners are urged to read this document. It clarifies areas that may have seemed vague or rules that were being misinterpreted.
