Niner Name Badges

Many of you have inquired about the possibility of obtaining permanent name badges.

Well, good news!  We have arranged with Canby Trophy & Awards to make this happen.

Below is a photo of the design created with the member name and Niner logo.  Each badge is  1.5  x 3 inches made of heavy duty plastic with a permanent heat embossing process that creates a long lasting product.  To avoid any snagging or damage to clothing a magnetic back has been chosen to secure each name badge.

The cost per name badge is $12.00.

To order your name badge please complete the attached order form and include your check

made out to the NINERS.   Place the order form and check in the Niners drawer in the clubhouse.  Deadline to order is Friday, May 14^th.
